At Free of Mind Psychotherapy, we offer group therapy sessions that provide a supportive environment where individuals can come together to share experiences, learn from one another, and grow. Group therapy is a powerful way to explore common challenges in a communal setting, offering the opportunity to gain new perspectives and develop coping strategies alongside others who understand your struggles.

Our group therapy sessions are facilitated by experienced therapists who create a safe, respectful space for open dialogue and mutual support. Participants are encouraged to share their stories, offer feedback, and support one another on the journey toward healing and self-discovery.
